Frequently asked Questions
Delivery takes between 1-4 working days, between 8:00am-5:00pm.
When business is running as usual, our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, between 08h00 and 17h00.
If you have special instructions to deliver on a specific day of the week, please specify under Shipping & Handling in your Delivery Note / Special Instructions block, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:
- It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact
- You log a return on the Website within 30 days (or 7 days for products marked “Sale”) of delivery to you of the unwanted product.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, our courier partner will send you your waybill number and tracking link.
Order status updates will be sent via email or you can visit the My Account page to view the status.

- Browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to purchase.
- Once you choose a product, you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
- Select quantity and “add to your basket”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
- In checkout we give you the opportunity to review your cart.
- From here you can enter your shipping and billing addresses (if you’re a first-time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).
You will be prompted to create an account during the checkout process or continue with guest checkout.
Within My Account you will find the option to edit name, email address & password.
